How late can we change our order?
You can update numbers in the app until your daily cut-off time, and you only pay for the portions you order. Invoices are issued fortnightly with 14-day payment terms.
Is there a minimum order or extra charge for allergies?
No. There are no daily minimums, from a childminder needing 5 meals to a large nursery needing 150+, and dietary adaptations are always £0 extra.
How do you handle allergies safely?
Every special-diet meal is prepared in a segregated, double-checked area, sealed and individually labelled with the 14 major allergens in bold, in line with Natasha's Law. Staff and parents can check the details in our app.
What do we need to show an Ofsted or EHO inspector?
From day one your setting has a digital audit pack in the app: rotational menus, allergen matrices, provenance trail and daily temperature sheets, all exportable as PDFs. We hold Approved Food Premises status.
Can you cover us at short notice?
Yes. If you usually cook in-house and you're suddenly short-staffed, we can deliver hot meals at short notice, and also cover planned absences like maternity or holiday leave. See short-term cover.
