We work with each setting to adjust the service to their needs and meet their lunchtimes, arranging our routing around them.

Is there ever a delivery charge?
On rare occasions a logistical charge may be applicable where our current routing or the location of certain settings requires it for feasibility. This will be discussed during your onboarding and agreed before your agreement is finalised.
Who delivers my meals?
City Sprint, our logistics partner since Summer 2026. They manage our logistics and transport, and drivers are DBS checked.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across England. Add your postcode to an enquiry or the online setup and we'll confirm your delivery slot.
Will my meals arrive hot?
Yes. Meals travel in thermal containers designed to hold safe hot temperatures (above 63°C), and your team logs the delivery temperature in the app.
What if there is a delivery problem?
We notify you straight away and put emergency fallback arrangements in place so the children are fed.
