Inclusive by design
No child should be penalised for dietary needs. Every special-diet meal mirrors the standard menu and costs the same.
Common questions
Is there ever a delivery charge?
On rare occasions a logistical charge may be applicable where our current routing or the location of certain settings requires it for feasibility. This will be discussed during your onboarding and agreed before your agreement is finalised.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Rates are per child, per day, with no daily minimums and no surcharge for dietary adaptations. You're invoiced fortnightly for the portions you actually ordered.
Do prices change once we've signed?
Your agreement includes a 12-month price lock on your agreed rate. Either party can end the agreement with notice, as set out in the agreement you sign.
What about short-term or emergency cover?
The same package rates apply. Fixed terms under 20 working days carry a 20% short-term uplift, which is shown before you sign. More on cover.
Is there a deposit?
A launch deposit secures your hot-holding equipment and dedicated delivery route. It's invoiced at the end of online setup and described as fully refundable.
We're a large setting or school. Do you do bespoke pricing?
Yes. For settings over 100 children, multiple sites or special requirements, send us an enquiry and we'll prepare a proposal.
